Welcome to the new "WOD" page. Here at MBCF, we will always have a "workout of the day" for you to come in and enjoy that will be the most incredibly fun experience you will have all day. From this point forward, however, on this website, the letters W.O.D. now represent "Words of the day". Those "words" will be compilations of health tips regarding exercise, nutrition, stress relief, and general well-being, as well as particular quotes or mantras that you can focus on throughout the day to carry you towards any goals you may have set. Hopefully, what will be posted here will make a difference in your life, and ultimately allow you to share this information with others so they can benefit from this as well.
