The New Year brings along with it some new aspirations, new goals and new resolutions, some loftier than others. Regardless of your intentions, even the best laid plans don't always work out the way we hoped. While this may be true, and more often than not it is, by no means is this an excuse to lose hope and stop aiming for that goal. Three weeks into the booming new workout plan without even the slightest sense of gain (or loss if that is the case) can be disheartening.
